SDOI: Reclassification. Every twenty five (25) common shares held immediately prior to the effective time shall be reclassified into one Class A common share (Symbol SDOPA). Any fractional shares will be rounded up to the next whole Class A common share. Immediately following this reclassification, holders of the Class A common shares shall then receive 1 Class B common share for each Class A common share held.
