Papa, your certainly are right about the brewery/lynch deals. Corr never should of said it should close in two weeks in his interview over two months ago. But last I heard, from TOM at HQ the deals are still viable and should close by mid-september. I called Grays Wednesday and talked to Fred Gray, the brew master. For the hell of it, I asked him if the brewery is being sold and of course he said i'm not at liberty to comment on that. These certainly are big deals for Rush but Japan is expected to be RushNet's biggest market and the Expo is in two weeks. The last PR made it sound like negotiations have been underway for some time and contracts will be signed at the Expo, I hope its not just hype. The new website appears FROZEN IN TIME as well. We will see I guess.

The way I see it is if Rushlong really did talk to Fred Gray and the brewery deal was dead, he would not be held to ANY legalities and WOULD be at liberty to comment. My only real questions about this right now is the validity of the phonecall and is Rushlong just a pumper. Hopefully we'll find out soon.
