If the SEC was giving DBMM another chance to produce the filings there wouldn't be a suspension.

In the Order, the SEC stated they had sent a letter warning about the delinquency and DBMM ignored it or failed to cure it.

Renee is the expert on suspensions and everything I know I learned from her. I didn't see Renee post about the SEC giving DBMM another chance.

If they were going to give DBMM another chance why would they suspend them?
