You seem to forget that the assets have to be worth over 13 million NOW just to pay off the debt. So no, 600,000 thousand isn't a low market cap. I do think the assets are worth something. But I don't think they are worth anywhere close to 13 million. If they were somebody besides Starcrest would be interested and the market cap would be more than 600,000.

Nobody is going to value ERHC based on what might be found if they ever drill again. There is some value associated with resource estimates but those values are closer to cents per bbl rather than dollars per bbl.

So what are the resource estimates in the JDZ after 5 dry holes? We know the resource estimate in Chad is now zero. What are the resource estimates in Kenya after a dry hole? And what is the resource estimate in the remaining ERHC block.

Add all those up and you won't come to over 13 million. Plus, I still believe Kenya will be gone soon because I don't believe for a second that Starcrest is going to pay off the 10 million that ERHC owes to CEPSA.
