First, late filing is very normal in many cases and not necessarily related to BO. But this is not a regular late filings. It's more like a 3-yr book audit for acquisition purpose. As you can see the language in the 8-K is very different from many other company's late filings. Check the IMNP example i posted earlier. There are 3 more companies i will look into as well later. If you search the phrase "long-lived assets auditing", the results all point to "acquisition" and "held for sale" direction. Today's pps action is just a planned attack from the MMs to steal shares. They shorted down, and covered instantly by triggered tons of stop losses.
