LOGICALLY THINKING...
Would it make a whole lot of sense for a company to dilute when.....
1) Company just told it's shareholders it's doing an AUDIT to comply with QB standards
2) QB needs >.01 BID
3) QB is needed for an S-1
4) QB is needed to get SANITATION off the ground (should be 1/3rd of the company)
5) Company just settled the last of it's toxics for .02 and price now is .016
???
NOT seeing the logic
Just looks like retail that lacks patience to me.
Usually that's when the turnaround happens.
