Always going to be a mystery in otc land. That is why i tell peeps CHARTS and L2 mean little to nothing in penny stocks. I always wonder if CEO has a few buddies on the sideline rinsing and reloading. You never know.

This up and down trading within this range for weeks tells me some shady chit going on. With all the things troy is doing this should be on a continuous slow uptrend. Makes you wonder ha!
