Spin it how ya want but the bags are under his eyes and he does have 23.8M reasons to sell IF he gets a sweet price.

Would shareholders vote for say a $1.20/shr ? - darn right they would, and he walks off richer than rich with no more stress

80% margins are pretty sweet to a BIG GUN that likes the recurring (online) distribution model. Hard to argue that brick and mortar only garners HALF of those margins Shawn.
