I hope that you are spot on! I know what it is like to think that I lost a multi-million dollar contract. But in the end, I closed it because I always made sure that I was the first to present and the last one in to address any objections in order to close the business! Most of my competitors never understood my tactics. I had an extremely high close rate and made sure that I would get buy-ins from all of the stakeholders. After addressing all of their concerns, I secured agreements at the C-Suite level making sure that I would always have the right to last refusal! Not rocket science, just a keen awareness of human nature!
