I am going to make a guess that this activity is in some way connected to Trump visiting Isreal, wanting to spend US money there, having also had his kids in the middle east for a couple of months prior to his visit.... I have to imagine some sort of direct or indirect deal has been made that may involve IRBL.

It may not run like this for some time, but if/when it does it will probably be just as unexpected and even more spectacular that this recent run we have all just seen.
