On May 15th, the 5 million was issued (and thus added to the OS). Since then it has been sold/absorbed into the market.

It wasn't sold into the market prior to May 15th. It has been like this for each 8k release.

There is no way that the OS is what you falsely claim it to be. That would mean that dilution would have accounted for 80 - 90 % of the trading volume since May 15th, which is obviously not the case.
