Even though Bishop took his grudge to the extreme, nothing materially changed from the granting of the injunction to the dismissal of the charges. This was only a three week time span. If MTIA was serious about its commitment to Echo and provide $5M prior to the Besser suit, then MTIA should not have changed its mind after the dismissal of the charges. Instead, now MTIA would rather work with PP, an unethical den of sleaze bags and an organized crime syndicate. IMHO, I still believe that there will be litigation and PP's history of fraudulent felons will be the main focus. To date, there has been no formal announcements from PP or MTIA. Unless you want to provide this board with more of your inside information?
