The company designated some preferred shares after a long silence. Don't have any additional details on this however, this is a typical move done when a deal is struck with financing and/or a in a buyout or takeover scenario.

Conversation with the CEO confirmed he is working around the clock to bring the company back to pink current but wouldn't comment on the volume. Also mentioned there would not be an r/s any time soon and the previous one the company filed for was not approved and was cancelled.

Recent large volume surge with massive accumulation early in the year and volume has been steady for the last two months.

Now we have no selling into a bid that has multiplied 7x in size over the past three days. Lots of good reasons to suspect a run is close. $RMRK
