I think the speculation here is just that. The dots we tried to connect were never verified by D'Couto and never will be.

AS for Global Foundries , they are just that. A foundry that manufactures microprocessor wafers. They do not make batteries from wafers, nobody does that yet. D'Couto claims to be able to do that, but has not really proved it.

The manufacturing plant that may build the NEAH battery does not exist yet and would need to be built. Existing battery plants would not be tooled for what NEAH would need. At the very least an existing battery plant would need some new assembly lines to incorporate the unique aspects of this battery.

D'Couto was supposedly working on the new batteries last year and yet in his auction he sold ( or listed ) wafers that would be the raw material for his test batteries. Make sense ? Not really.
