The proof is simply that nothing has happened in 8 months when we were told it was a 30 day event.

The thing is that this is a public business. There are things that businesses do. Like pay the state fees. File financial documents and reports.

Nothing has been done that a business does.
So either he is doing nothing or its not a business.

Or in this case both.

You can't prove an absence.
Nothing has happened here.
It's up to you or Dan to prove something is happening.

If there was ANYTHING you would be able to prove it at least in the most basic sense.

Like showing that the company is at the very least incorporated somewhere.

That is the most basic business action and Dan isn't doing it.
You cant do anything in a business without actually being a business.

SRSR is no longer a business. It's an empty shell.
