Low floater can turn on a dime (figuratively speaking). Looks like the naked short is now covered. Will be hard to buy large quantity of shares without moving price upward. Maybe now the positive earnings report will get priced in. PSAR dropped 10 cents today, at that rate, this will have a shift in 7-10 sessions at least - then the move up towards $10.00 can commence.
