Ray, in my opinion this is the most important event in our history. After all we do have a signed contract with the Army . We have promises from Nam that are more than two years old.
When we start producing in Nam it will be the biggest event in our history if that day arrives. But for sure we have a contract that we cannot fill. Wow.

This failure is the result of our management dropping the ball or a good excuse because our product isn't ready to be tested. Either one concerns me.

I truly believe it was management not doing their job correctly. This was not handled correctly. I cannot see how anyone could even think this was proper. It just isn't ok in my mind and would not have happened if I was in Kim's position. There just is no excuse. None - zip - nada.
