We are at a super low point and last time it was this low it had a great pop.
It really looks to me like this stock lost momentum while waiting for news and projects to finish. It hasn't had a large dip since this recent surge of activity in May, and it looks like we already beat a resistance back from Feb.
No reason she can't fly with this small of a float. All IMO and I've only done very minor chart DD on this. Just going off my initial reactions.
