Fault is irrelevant.
Fix is what is important.

True to a point. Not what all are saying. I post as a realist counterpoint, not to disparage.

Fix it and move on. But they need to realize this will continue to happen if they don't choose vendors carefully. More delays can be hugely detrimental. It's more than fixing this problem, it's learning how to avoid future ones. That can only be done when one admits a mistake has been made.

The "Golden God" KBLB apologists (not all but many here) fail to see this and it directly lowers the bar of conversation AND leads to people jumping to rash conclusions. Being realistic is critical.
