The new Accountant was retained to do the year end Audits of the 10-k's for 2016 and 2017. This new accountant is a one man show. It would be illegal for this accountant to "get filings done ASAP" as they cannot put the filings together and Audit their own work.
So again... Where is the 2016 10-Q2 and the 10-Q3??? This new auditor wouldn't have anything to do with them.
As usual the very limited information coming from Crawford makes little sense and, there certainly is little explanation of the true condition of the accounting and auditing situation.
