The 4.5 Billion shares will be retired in June that came out of MO's month in Late April. If they aren't then call him a liar. I am buying when this hits .0005-.0006. If you want to help me with that target fine with me, but I will buy if it's at .015 as well if the news is half as good as I expect. I'm just not going to be holding for weeks and now months waiting for them to do what they promised months ago. I can make money elsewhere meanwhile. If you held all the way down to this level, might as well hold some more I guess.
