That old joke about attorneys, "if his lips are moving you know he's lying",

certainly pertains to McKay.

I like how Bill is taking credit for work being done on the tricycles. Its all being done by Onebot but Bill is trying to scam investors into thinking TPAC has a shop in China doing all the work. What an idiot. Its the BTL factory scam all over again.
