I was researching a company called SEFE Inc. and more specifically an individual named Patrick Deparini who was a CFO at this company.

Patrick Deparini also is associated with a company called Nascent Group, Inc.

Nascent Group registered a Company called Sensor Concepts which existed for exactly 3 days back in 2011. It merged(3 days after the Company was formed) with a company called Instacare Corp now called Decision Diagnostics(DECN).

Patrick's Business associates seemingly can be found in the shadier quarters of the City.

So I wondered if this Sensor Concepts incorporation and merge out within 3 days smelled alittle.

I have reviewed the buyers strike articles.

I haven't been able to really determine if Patrick is just unlucky in attracting shady business set ups or if he courts this kind of stuff.

Him setting up a company that is then merged out 3 days later
frankly smells.

The Company DECN did not provide any details, and basically buried the transaction in a Reverse Stock split PR.

Has anyone else heard of such a tactic(Incorporate and Merge out within 3 days)?

Have knowledge of Patrick's reputation? Any insight one could add to what might have happened here would be greatly appreciated.
