I'm not going to sit here and blow sunshine up people's asses about this stock. I'm a realist. Is it strange that this thing trades around 50 percent of the entire float daily? Yes. Is the money Roche has spent on this about as much to him as what it is like for me to buy a soda?

this is not some arcane and mysterious concept. it's as basic as it gets.

"investing 101" says it's realistic roche would use a shell he paid millions of dollars to own as a public vehicle for his private assets. but luckily we don't have to depend on pennyland to recognize or create value here.
