Some brokers have more problems than others. I've heard about scottrade and fidelity having those specific issues frequently. I had mine in for about 1.5 weeks and got filled but I also changed/updated mine so lost my place in line and still got filled

Trade OTC's with charts, INVEST in big board stocks on fundamentals. Don't confuse the two!
