KRFG .0017 -->> King Resources is happy to let everyone know that we have filed the appropriate paperwork and paid the franchise taxes due to become current in Delaware State.

We believe our entrance into this multi-billion dollar industry will change everything and we are are launching with the goal of being an industry leader on a global scale.
