These "Opportunistic Law Suits", through my experience, become long drawn out processes, with lawyers initiating the process for gain, and usually fall by the way-side as a company progresses successfully and are never heard from again.

Currently one "Whistleblower", no facts known, an allegation of misrepresentation of "User" quantities and a investigation to be conducted.

So,

if SNAP, continues to progress and as its share pricing continues to compliment its successes.........WHAT LAW SUIT? becomes the howl.
