curiously good timing for Constance Nash to crawl out of the woodwork supporting Attia's case, just before this IPR went against her.

hilarious dissonance of MAXD supporters to alternatively villify her for previous obstructions of MAXD and then lauding her support of Attia. Clearly their idea of 'intelligence' is determined solely by who is promoting the stocks they own.

No idea why anyone thinks Nash would have any superior knowledge of the Attia case... but then again, those same people implied that MAXD lawyers were infallible + google lawyers are inept... and look where that's taken them.

It's not surprising that attention would be redirected to this lawsuit, now that it appears the '339 infringement project is a garbage fire.
