Regardless of the volume or dollar amount, if you sell your product at or below cost you are N O T making a profit! This is what their filings have indicated. They have a long history of honesty with me, so I believe that. The stated idea is to make a market impact both in needed and exceptional product as well as product recognition. This they believe will lead to larger orders from many more sources, bring down production costs and leading to profit.

That said, it still takes money to stay in buss. and if there is no profit yet it must come from- Stock sales ( increasing the float)= from investors( whom want something in return for the cash) or some unknown win=fall ( The lottery HA HA ).

Notice the " Going Concern" statement in each and every quarterly and annual report. So regardless of current sales there is NO financial reason for the stock to increase in value ( YET ).

I say yet because I believe in their game plan. I just see it taking a little longer.

Your point of buyout is valid though I believe. Remember the Proxy to increase the number of shares last year?? Still, at this share price, even 5 or 6 hundred mil is not enough to stop a deep pocket interested party=your point is well taken there.

I think this is a rare stock and I believe in Desmond and crew; especially the vets as I am one myself.
