Now if the board decides to amend the deal, which would be within their rights, I wouldn't be upset nor surprised. If Ascolese is satisfied with the $.30 price average but I think they might let it roll. This thing might go up to a dollar in the first five days so it might be in his best interest to take the $.30 and let it ride.
