They've sold large orders to the cities of Chicago and New York in the past six months with L.A./California long been in the bag! Very impressive for a .15cent stock.

I think the 'bad-debt' is just a display of HORRIBLE mathematics calculated by management? They state the EV-Arc retails for $60k and they can't show profit because of yadayadayada? Do the 3 major cities give one iota if they pay $60k, $75K, or even $100k? I think not!

And still think this is a stellar buyout oppurtunity for a Google, Tesla, or similar. They could get out their bullhorn shouting, "Look how green we are now."
