What do you think is more likely to happen? Upland gets bought out completely or Upland sells hipcricket to a larger player for substantial proceeds? Has Upland turned around any of the companies they bought so far? Hipcricket would be a huge profit because it cost them so little with the bankruptcy and everything. From Uplands perspective, if they can sell hipcricket at a really good price, and hoping we get some of that, Upland can buy many other companies with those proceeds and REALLY grow.
