I don't get that, there were 5,140,319 shares of common stock outstanding prior to a 1,428-for-1 forward stock split, how does that come out to 1,000,055,532 shares....??

Whatever the case that's just WAY too many shares o/s for me, even for an Asian ticker. I might go 250M tops on an Asian stock but that would be it, US I generally like to stay under 100M, maybe 150M if the DD looked really interesting.

This is actually a pretty big company, think I recall that just one of their subsidiaries has over 1000 employees, but prob going to end up passing on this one.
