Check out VEII. Had an aquisition/merger done recently, pretty interesting business. Had 10Q out today and apparently the new business is included now I figure. Did about 1.5 cents in EPS for the quarter with growth and a steady recurring business model. QB stock with 30 million shares out.

Tell me what you think if you have time to look into it. Trading at 7 cents right now. I own it.
