There might be a simpler explanation to this situation. The White Knight is still controlling the show. (Enersystems) And their strategy is to keep it here for a few years at .001 and then buy it at this level after the smoke clears and hope we take our money and run with us either able or unable to do a class action for shareholder oppression. If we are lucky they might offer us a half penny. The only thing we have going for us is we potentially can sue for fraud and I am sure their lawyers realize this. Time is on their side if nobody has spoke for us in the bankrubtcy.
