If what we are told is true, this is now a seriously undervalued company and investors need to be careful not to miss the boat. It will be interesting to see how they spin off the real estate side and whether that brings in any income. Regarding the food side, there haven't been many updates, but when they provide the next update we could easily see a 100-500% jump on today's price. But we still await details and date of the RS which will have an impact. Based on other food companies, the margin can we small. Based on revenue of 50 million say for this year, I would expect net income to be between 500k and a million.
