They issued 1.5 billion shares in two months--it is a lot of dilution.

And they haven't even paid for the Besado acquisition yet.

And they still have close to a mil in convertible notes I'm guessing.

They had to dump 800 million just to pay Alonzo's legal debts from not paying ISBG's VP of Sales his salary.

Shameful. Incompetent. Shamefully incompetent.
