Yes, the 10Q revealing raw materials on order is enough for me. We know that Prof. Li is a capable and experience billionaire manufacturing guy, but when he is setting up his 40,000 square foot manufacturing facility and has raw materials on order it doesn't take a genius to figure out we have orders to fulfill.

The company will soon (couple of months) be running in the green PLUS we will still have the cash hoard. That cash hoard is currently $48 million. We have seen Prof. Li using the cash for strategic investments such as the manufacturing facility and equipment. By my reckoning, we have crossed the so-called "valley of death" for start-ups.
