1) Message is computer-generated, not recorded by an actual human being.
2) No indication that you have reached a business, no mention of Nevada Health RX.
3) That wasn't a typo - the message states that "02.637.0817" can't take your call, not "702.637.0817".

A smarter way to run a business, apparently.
