The current board of directors has failed their shareholders. Heavy dilution combined with artificially generous dividends makes it look like a Ponzi scheme rather than a legitimate international shipping company. If they don't do an about-face and start buying back millions of shares, it's going to become unsustainable before these bozos can pull their golden ripcords. I think the majority shareholders need to get together and clean house.
