Your premise is a bit flawed in that you begin by stating the Sklar's had actually 15 Million when they had nothing near that in EATR or PRMO. They just reported falsely so that is where you are off. If I told you I had a billion bucks and lost half of it does that mean I have a half billion left? Probably not because I lied to you and you simply took me at face value. Everything Sklar owned was on borrowed money and he never had anything truly paid for. Prom is the same. They had supposedly gold mixed with dirt clods and after a 200 for one reverse,etc they went to zero once again. Both are clod hopping crooks. Regulators do not do as much as you give them credit for except charge fees to companies for filings,etc. Caveat Emptor applies to every one of these bucket shop items.(Pink Sheets/OTC Bulletin/ Shysters )
