the t/a told me their number includes restricted shares so that's how I came to the conclusion the additional 5 million share are restricted compared to Joe's count in the Q reports. the t/a won't give a breakdown... they only give the i/o (issued and outstanding)

who knows, maybe the 6.7 million are part of the difference too.... but then why wouldn't they be canceled. just get the show on the road already... we need closure (good or bad)
