Was finally going to put a bid in here but it looks like either TDA has one of their own internal 'chills' on this, or it's non-DTC eligible, as they do not allow opening transactions on this security.

I use to use another broker for situations like this but nowadays I just pass on anything TDA does not allow you to buy...c'est la vie.

The company should probably try and get that sorted out if possible, as it's going to hurt the the liquidity of this ticker, with TD Ameritrade and Scottrade not allowing buys IMO.
