1. Fairly undiscovered - hardly any posts here, for example. Story just beginning to unfold, recordings already, filming in July

2. Successful history with forming a tween-oriented band with Dream Street, and producing a movie.

3. Low market cap and float. Very low.

4. Convergence of growing power of tween movement, social media, bullying movement = Huge potential $$$ if successful

5. Strong team involved - some strong industry connections by several of them

6. Low debt? Per last filing, very low.

7. Good investor information on website


Big unknown: cost to produce and distribute movie
