U may be correct re the cost but I do know that this action was allowable. There was a negative consequence in that Fidelity removed all such companies from trading in their brokerage portfolios and I had to open a T D Ameritrade account in order to buy any future stock.....can only sell in the old Fidelity account. let's hope we see some positive action this weekfrom Bio Cube re their future
