We have flooding up here in areas. I was out driving to the east of Toronto on Wens and most fields looked like ponds and lakes. Ground is saturated and we got 20 inches of rain in 2 days. One beach normally has 200 yards of sand from the water to the boardwalk, and the water is past the boardwalk. Highest water level in the lake in 25 years.

Today is the opening day for walleye and the lake isn't safe. Have a ticket/entry for a derby in Belleville and the boats will never get out to fish. I'm heading for the butchers to get some steaks and then cooking for all my fishing friends. May as well keep busy on a shit weekend.
