So how does Ogburn assemble a group of friends, file a piece of paper for $100 so he can give the group $12M of shareholder equity, $5M of it to himself and his wife?

And now they are keeping the shares boxed until they can dump them at artificial prices.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
