I am no savant, but as near as I can tell here is what "may" be occurring this week that is weighing on price. Have to wait for the 1Q report to see how much rebalancing was done by all.

According to the filing 409,237 warrants were exercised at .70 by Pillar Invest Corp. Immediately those shares plus 41,578 more were sold for 2.2591.
It looks like a portfolio adjustment as Pillar of various entities still owns millions of shares.
The internet wires are ablaze with doomsday predictions that a huge holder is dumping.
We shall see. I may be off base but just think in these uncertain market and world times they are being prudent rather than dumping in a mass exodus like the fear mongers are hollering about.
