HDVY is suing NEO for not making royalty payments. NEO claims it didn't use HDVY technology for it's test, even though in multiple quarterly reports and conference calls NEO said that it was in fact using HDVY technology. HDVY has nothing to lose at this point. On related note, HDVY is also claiming patent infringement by Intel. I don't know if that case has made any progress though. I'm not sure why but HDVY always seems to be on the losing end of these disagreements. Maybe it just gets outspent in the courts.
