More of a gambling bet if you got some spare money sitting there. The website only shows one product in their pipeline? Seems to me, they got something else going as well but very little details until recent conference call.

Delisting threat, investor law suit, potential RS, and the big delay with FDA on Remoxy ER doesn't add up too well. Oxycodone is Purdue's market, like IPCI Rexista which Purdue filed law suit against IPCI on patent infringement. I could see potential law suits again PTIE as well.

I'd be interested to see if RS happens first that they regain listing compliance. Next is the law suit and how it settles, then the additional trails read out year end and then finally resubmit NDA again 2018.

Seems like a lot of wrinkles to iron out first.
